Welcome to netfux.net ("netfux," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the netfux website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and netfux. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

netfux provides an online platform for adult social networking, dating, and communication. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • User profile creation and management.
  • Search, matching, and connection features with other users.
  • Real-time chat and messaging functionalities.
  • Access to community features and content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  1. Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  2. Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, or stalking behavior.
  3. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  4. Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
  5. Infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any party.
  6. Transmit any viruses, malware, or any other destructive code.
  7. Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Platform in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce.
  8. Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by netfux, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The "netfux" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of netfux or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of netfux.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant netfux a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Platform and netfux's business.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall netfux, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
  3. Any content obtained from the Platform.
  4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if netfux has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NETFUX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NETFUX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

NETFUX DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE PLATFORM IN TERMS OF ITS CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion functionality within the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.
